1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Bumsil Booking Dormitory Versi 1.0 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App in accordance with the following terms:
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the App.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and booking process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Dormitory Booking
The App allows users to book dormitory accommodations. By using the booking service, you agree to the following:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when making a booking.
- Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or notification through the App.
- Cancellations and changes to bookings are subject to the dormitory’s specific cancellation policies, which may vary by property.
4. Payments
By making a booking, you agree to the following payment terms:
- You must provide valid payment information at the time of booking.
- All payments will be processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
- Any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges will be displayed at the time of booking.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App to violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Access or use the App for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
- Post, upload, or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Bumsil Booking Dormitory or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App’s content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Bumsil Booking Dormitory.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Bumsil Booking Dormitory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
- Bumsil Booking Dormitory shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the App's services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bumsil Booking Dormitory and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
